We are delighted to host you! To ensure you have a comfortable stay and to help us keep our apartment in top condition, please review our house rules and property guidelines below.
Trash & Key Safety
Key Safety:Please keep your keys with you at all times and avoid leaving them unattended.
Trash:All trash must be bagged and placed in the outdoor bins (jardin).
Lost Keys / Lockouts:A replacement fee of $15 applies.
Arrival & Access
Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. A member of our team will meet you to hand over keys and walk you through the apartment.
Washing Machine & Laundry
Location:The washing machine is in the back building.
Usage:Please use the quick wash setting. If you see an E5 error, contact us right away.
Linens & Towels:Provided and refreshed weekly.
Hot Water & Electricity
Hot Water:May be briefly unavailable due to local temporary outages.
Power Outages:Restored once neighborhood power is re-energized.
Energy Saving:Please turn off lights and unplug appliances when not in use.
Damages & Breakages
Prompt Reporting Required:Accidents happen! If any item is broken or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.
Replacement / Reimbursement:Unreported damage may result in a charge.
Weekly Cleaning for Long Stays (7+ Days)
Mandatory weekly cleaning is included for stays of 7 or more nights, typically scheduled for Thursdays.
Starter Supplies & Amenities
Starter Essentials:Water, coffee, and basic toiletries are provided on arrival.
Cooling Fans:Each apartment is equipped with 2 cooling fans.
Quiet Hours, Visitors & Smoking
Quiet Hours:10pm–7am.
Visitors:Maximum of 4 guests, outdoors only.
Smoking Policy:Outdoor areas only — strictly non-smoking indoors.

Departure Communication:Please message Alan or Melaine prior to checking out to confirm your departure time and coordinate key return.
