Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. We're flexible when we can be — just let us know your travel schedule ahead of time and we'll do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures.
Yes. We can arrange a pickup from Kigali International Airport at any hour. Let us know your flight details and we'll have someone waiting for you when you land.
Airbnb handles payments for apartment bookings. For car rentals and trip packages, we accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), bank transfers, and cash in RWF or USD.
For apartments, the cancellation terms on your Airbnb booking apply. For car rentals and trip packages, let us know as early as possible — we'll work with you on a fair resolution depending on how far in advance you cancel.
Yes, both apartments have fast, reliable Wi-Fi — strong enough for video calls and remote work. Guests regularly mention it in their reviews.
Yes. We have secure on-site parking that fits up to 5 cars, free for all guests. If you're renting a car from us, it comes and goes from the same spot.
